Member: 1787203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23,733 | reply Hello! Thank you for the feedback, if the device is bricked, then we would recommend to Hard Reset the device manually. Press and Hold the POWER button for about 10-15 sec, while the phone is connected to the computer / chimera tool. By doing so the device will "re-boot" itself , that means that the COM port will disappear and appear again in the device manager. After that please click on the EXIT FACTORY MODE service.
