i try to remove a frp now is briked
You can help me ?
I have nee dflash it and remove the frp...

I did the same model last week. Without firmware I was troubled for a while - I couldn’t find suitable firmware anywhere on the ‘net. So I ended up changing the model ID to same spec but bigger storage model. That let the factory fastboot file load successfully. Then ran the Chimera FRP & Huawei ID removal tools & job done.

Dear User,

Please connect the device in Fastboot mode to the tool and then try to reflash it but not with a Board Firmware.
In fastboot mode you will see the usb firmware update service, please use that.

I update the phone with usb firmware but Imei is gone I got 9.0 firmware but Imei writing is not available in this version and I didn’t find any lower version firmware of the phone

The device is in Factory mode, it is not dead. You can restore it easily with the tool. Please do the following things:

1. reinstall the chimera tool drivers - all of them
2. then connect back the device in this mode - use an original huawei cable
3. run the exit factory mode or the load fastboot factory method
4. then repeat the method

phone is out of factory mode now. but can not boot normally.I am stuck at Recovery menu with grayout factorey reset option and internet recovery also failed

Flash it with a newest version full firmware for that model and it will be fixed
