If that is not workable, then please reinstall the Chimera Tool LG driver (you can do it in the Settings), then replug the phone to the tool and select the MTP or the LG Sofware connection type. Generally, these codes should provide you the Port Check test, but in some case, the device does not have this option. I would recommend checking other forums as well for this port check test.
