Please I try to "RMM and KnoxGuide" unlock this phone (J337AZ) on android 8.0.0 and 1 february 2019 security patch with octoplus but it didn't work here, I wanted to know if your solution will get the phone unlock so I will buy your service now and get it done?

About unnlok no idea but all others things is sported like Knox RMM and so on.

Didn't we have tool supporter here, plz help out na.

I wanted to buy three days licence for this but I don't want to waste the money in vain so I want to know if this can work on this my phone version and security patch.

Octoplus team is still the best team when it comes to helping their tool users and even n updates.

How can I post a question here for almost a week now and none of the support answered me?

I think is time of admins to look into this and if any support did not give a clear answer to the users questions then that support will face fine!

Sir, perhaps the reason noone has answered is because your intent is not clear. Yes, Knoxguard and Rmm unlock works on this model and firmware. But this does not seem to be what you are trying to solve. In your other post, you mention about an issue with "Call not sent". This has nothing to do with rmm or knoxguard.
If you can be more specific about what it is you want, I am sure you can be helped.
