Please put another SIM Card to the device and then enter the codes. Do you get any code request from the phone?

hello the phone does not ask me for a code when I put a different sim card.

Dear User,

Yes that is why the code is not workable. If the device wont ask you for a code, then do not use the read codes online. You wont be able to enter the code at all. Of course we did the refund for you.
