Hi,

first of all try to re-flash your device with complete stock firmware. When you imei will be same after the flash, you need to repair the EFS of the device.

Best regards
Nicole

Reset efs flash combination and see if imei and serial is back.
Cannot repair IMEI if Knox is 1
For root use magiskroot latest version and install firmware with older security patch version on your device and make RMM unlock.

When the Imei is in 35000000 that means that the EFS folder is corrupted and the security of the phone is damaged.
If either SW version is unknown, or HW Chip is unknown, or HW Modem is unknown - most likely phone's modem firmware or
EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware. Also, this can be HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown).
If after writing of all firmwares, which You have, problem remains the same - most likely,
this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

Steps to try to rebuild the EFS folder with a merge file:

1. The first thing is to have our phone with imei at 0000-0000 or Unknown
2. Root, Odin phone v.3.13.3 in the AP option and activate in addition to USB Debugging OEM Unlocking
3. Once the root is done, we proceed to install a Root Explorer and access the EFS folder and we will delete all the content except the "FactoryApp" and "prov_data" folders and turn off the phone.
4. The next step will be to flash via Odin with the Factory_Binary (Combination File) of the model to work.
5. Once the Restart is done press the "IME" button and a keyboard will appear with which we proceed
to verify the IMEI with * # 06 # and we will see that our imei is already correct again
6. We proceed to flash with a Stock Rom and this is it, IMEI Recovered and ready to continue working.
