Rebooting phone to factory mode
Changing to factory mode
Rebooting phone to USB update mode

Flashing ERECOVERY files
Failed to flash the eRecovery file, falling back to manual reboot.
Please put the phone into factory mode via Test Point!
Or do an USB firmware update with a firmware version that is equal or not much older than the one currently on the phone.
If you used Test Point to switch into factory mode, you should immediately reconnect your phone's battery as soon as the program detects the device.
If you fail to reconnect the battery, your phone might be still locked after the procedure finished

Please be patient, this step can be long. DO NOT DISCONNECT the phone while the procedure is running. It can damage your phone permanently.
The phone will automatically start factory reset, after that it might shut down. You need to turn on the phone afterwards.
IMPORTANT! Please do not connect your phone to the Internet (WiFi) and ensure there's no SIM-card present in the phone until you have completed the initial setup wizard!

Dear User,

After the ID REMOVE service, please run a Factory Reset on the device. Without that, the method won't be completed.

So make sure that you do that. If you did it, and the ID still remains on the phone, then please report it.

Please run the ID remove once again. If it is ready, please put the phone manually into recovery, and then, from there run the Factory Reset. At the end, the lock should be removed. Of course let us know the result!
