Dear User,

What is the device model number? With that information we can check what we can do for that phone.

Best regards

Dear User,

WE do not have Edit cert option. What we can offer is the IMEI REPAIR and the PATCH CERT. But if you try to unroot it, the patch cert will be removed from the device. So then the phone wont be able to connect to network.

Do you know the original serial?

Try to find a server and get serial to imei service

OR

From chimera's job history.

Dear Rcc25,

Please run a GET INFO service on the device with the Chimera Tool. Then let us know the WORK ID so we can check the previous works.

Best regards
