yes process successfully on chimera but Huawei id not removed

yes I repeated process many times but phone still locked

Same here same phone ppa lx2 huawei id done but id is still there even i dowgraded but still not done work id 150710888 its a second phone failed

Dear Users,

We noticed the problems with the ID remove. Currently we are investigating, monitoring the problem source, as it seems that the Huawei changed a few things in the devices, so the method cannot work properly.

What you can try to do is to reflash the phone with a EU/Global Firmware and then run the ID Remove once more.

can u suggest us any specific firmware so atleast we can download and flash and perform procees again bcoz we are really loosing customers plus there trust
