Indeed. This is valid, the Huawei changed a few things in the devices so for the new Firmware Versions the testpoint is not workable anymore.

u can downgraded it then use file put in com 1

Yes, technically you can flash an Android 10 version to the phone and in that case, it could work.

after downgrade all usb modes stops working,
fastboot,update mode ,adb all stop.
after ota all works again.
