hello, as a suggestion I can tell you from entering the site https://chimeratool.com/ you login with your user and pass then got to go to license and activate it sure will not have problems also had problems but I thought that I noticed reading it's self that must enable the license to operate anyway then you arrive mjes of notification ... best regards

Sorry because of the late, just there was weekend and sometimes we need relax too.

I have sent you private message about PayPal rejected your transaction because of your card was not allowed to be credited.
Login with your commercial PayPal account and use it instead of card pay service.
