i have samsung g928f edge plus for reset email but it wont let me do plz help how to remove that email acount thanks

if it is possible, try to downgrade your firmware, if it is done, try again the Reset reactivation lock process.

Flash ENG Sboot, then reset FRP, after then flash regular Sboot to get to main menu.
1. Put phone into download mode.
2. Open odin and select BL tab and flash Eng_Sboot
3. Put phone back into download and wipe FRP
4. Put phone back into download.
5. Select BL tab in Odin and flash Stock_Sboot
FRP REMOVED!!!

If the phone has new 6.0.1 version frp lock remove process will be unsuccessful.
Naturally if you can send us work id I can check the exact situation in your case.
