i have blackberry z10 im work remove blackbery protect and cut credit but no done now work with logo chamera im work again remove blackbery protect need again credit please check my account : ufs-4 id work : 44206304 and refund for again remove blackbery protect

please close background running software on your computer, one from them try to communicate with the device under the process. After it try again the process.
Credits are refunded now.
