the phone turn ok what happens is tha pin and ime is provided by you is bad an not to upload data please refund credits for i can repeat to process again and i can solve my problem

the new imei and pin that was given is wrong. your sofware makes it clear than i need to change the pin but aftr all is said an done tge sofware doesnt recognize ir accep the info i enter

this has happened whit both the 9780 and 9360 phone numbers and neither of these uploads the information needed

the new imei and pin required for the phone don´t let me upload any data/information and they don´t work for internet or social media sites. please help me find a solution so i don´t lose the credits i´ve waisted during this whole process

What he means he's lost his BIS.....seems like common problem with Chimera. many are losing data connection for email and BBM. This needs to be fixed team.

BIS will NOT work after Cleared Board Repair BUT you got a message about it in the beginning and you pressed OK. This is not a "common problem", you got warned about it.
