i'm getting that message on S20 ultra.
i tried downdload the same region file inside the phone and flash with chimera but still stuck, flash can't progress because I get custom binary locked by oem. any one face same issue here ?

just flash BL, AP and CSC instead of just AP through Odin

Please let us know the WORK ID from the flashing, so we can check the logs. Maybe we can find something there.
