we are encountering very much difficulties to Root 2018 or newer Samsung Phones especially SM-J327V-VPP/J337V-VPP and other which have no "OEM Unlock" option.

Hi,

please first of all install complete stock firmware on your device. Do not use any customized file.
After it start imei repair process, when it is done you are able to root again your device. Use only Magisk based root method.
Finally you are able to start patch cert process.
