i managed to get lte and 3g working using phone info.apk
but sim 2 not working even in settings the phone behaving like 1 sim model

Are you sure that this issue is not caused by the APK? We would suggest you doing the IMEI Repair and Patch Cert with a different firmware and root combination.

you do not need to deflect i wasn't blaming anyone
