Dear khurrampk,

Did you try all the CSC Change methods? Normally you have to see two methods. You have to select the very latest version of the CSC Change and then click on the START.

Dear Khurrampk,

Thank you for the feedback. We investigated a bit, and we found out that sadly our method was not compatible with the new Security Patch.

Because of that, our users could not do the CSC Change successfully. As a result, we decided to remove the mentioned service from the Device, until we cannot effectively update/fix the problem.
