Please do not attempt the Permanent Unlock in settings, or the relock operation will be reset to default. When it is ok, and the permanent unlock did not attempt please check the second case: it can be an mcc/mnc pair which is not in our official list. To eliminate this possibility, it can be helpful to install this application: https://www.google.com/url?q=https:/...wJL1cO-KFQ8K_d You can insert the sim card which is not working, and open the application, give it permissions, etc. Then from there can read the mcc/mnc of the sim card If you notice the mcc/mnc is in list, and selected, then there is an issue with relock process. If it is not selected in their list, or is missing from our official list, contact us and we can add them. Quote:
