I was relying a lot on Chimera Tool. but this happened while doing it with Chimera Tool and the original imei is also lost and it doesn't come back. Chimera Tool doesn't support it and can't do it, then it gets corrupted. I think he has to have a backup as a necessity, otherwise there will be huge losses. Currently, we are working on the issue, however, we need a little time to release a fix. What you can try is to reflash the device with firmware that contains a different modem version.
