The models you are talking are G360T and G360T1 with android 5.1.1, those models are from T-Mobile and MetroPCS.
Unlock App and no code asking in newest T-Mobile and Metro handsets and you only can unlock buying a code server to unlock app unlock.

The new models MetroPCS no longer accept IMEI unlock code for it but to bring UNLOCK preinstalled APP, this APP communicates with the server of the company and be authorized if the unlock, do it.
This APP is incorporated with the phone, what you buy is only an authorization to unlock the IMEI

Possible solution not tested by me:

Root with autoroot via Odin and then unlock with some other tool.

I tried same but after unlock it just goes to searching and no service. When I reflash firmware for SM-G386T it just re-locks to network and when I again repeat the procedure it just goes to searching again .
is there anyway to fix this probelm
