Just Unlock Bootloader.
Power Off phone.Press and hold Volume + and - then plug in usb.You will be Bootloader section.Just press and hold volume + untill see Bootloader Unlock.Select Yes (For this press Volume +).Done!.Your Bootloader Unlocked and OEM>OFF
