Heloo team!
Today i recive again J330F who ask me for NCK. i read code online, everything was ok but NCK is missisng. was my foult because i dont wach on phone history. i read code from this phone on 20-Dec-22 and was the same situation.

Can i do something? Thankx!

Dear George,

Can you please do the Read Codes Online a few more times for this device? Just because in some cases, you have to force out the NCK from the device. Of course, we will NOT charge you with more credits, as you already performed the method on the device.

But it would be important to do service more often
