I Think that J400M/F , J600M Cellphones are in BETA MODE, because i dont see a sucesfull operation with these models using Chimera. I think that you should remove this information with this model until you get a final/sucesfull solution, cuz you are literally playing with our feelings ( lol ).

Hi,

we have lot of successfully process on the same devices so it is total not beta.
The process successfully done in this case too, NG status comes from total difference cases.

In a 99% of the cases NG status comes from the wrong sequence of the processes or the lot of started process on the device.
In this case after the re-flash user will get a "clear" device and start again the processes. The correct sequence in each case the Repair imei OR Write cert process and the Patch cert will be the last step.
You can see from lot of post the correct sequence and the repeat of the processes are solved the NG status problem.

Best regards
Nicole

this is just a beta I have tested j400f j400m and j600m all the same result ng there is no signal, I have tried different firmware and the result is the same ng so the chimera team should say what firmware should be used for the effective repair and not have to waste so much time ......

Try a permissive boot.img, example, from combinatiin, or find way to make it permissive. The issue is with new selinux style. With a selinux pernissive boot.img, selinux issues are ignored. There are some models which have differences, so some workarounds may be necessary for now.

Hi,

Naturally here you can find lot of post about unsuccessful processes and other problems, our users are writing here because they faced with some issue.
We can not post here screenshot about the processes because of the GDPR, but you can be sure when the processes result rate low or we find problem with it, the process will be removed immediately. By that case we have 80% successful result rate.
Just read our previously posts, many times when we find problem with one process our team removed it without any problem and we added it again when we were 100% sure the problem solved and the process working correctly.

Best regards
Nicole
