hi ive done a few galaxy s5 and other models but seem to get a problem on alot of s5, unlock starts fine but when i get to the part to put *#0808# in i click on the DM+MODEM+ADB like it says but then it does not find phone after that??? any help please. thanks

Can you see ADB device in your computer's Device manager?

its like it doesnt see the phone there, phone says charging and it installed drivers ok when i first plugged in after i put in debug mode. then when i did the *#0808# it doesnt find it. cant see anything on device manager

Sir, problem is that Android 5.0. is running on your phone.
In this case you have Two choices:

1. Downgrade back to 4.4.4. Version and choose DM+Modem+ADB and Unlock.
2. If there is available 5.0.1. version, upgrade to that with the phone's menu and in recovery mode choose CP Logging and after Unlock will be okay.

You can guess what Software I will advise as the best

ChimeraTool.

You just need to choose expert mode after clicking on SW Change button and choose the proper 4.4. version for your device.
