You have to use the Carrier relock again ( we wont charge you credits). Make sure that you add those SIM LOCKS to the phone which ones do you want to use!

unfortunately I have not any idea what can be the problem with the device From the logs I see it is only communication error, but I think you tried with other cable, port or computer.
We have lot of successfully process on the same devices, so the process working correctly.
