SM-A325M Imei null after patch certificate [Chimera]


Hello, i have a problem with SM-A325M after patch certificate, 1min after start imei becomes null. I had already repaired several devices with this build with no problems. But now it is getting null. Others colleagues have same problem. Share the log.

Dear pwrgabe,

Thank you for the shared log. We welcome all information regarding the problem. Please try to reflash the phone with a firmware which contains another modem version.

After that do the IMEI REPAIR and the PATCH CERT services.

I use other compilation "A325MUBS2AVA1", but 1min after start imei becomes null. You can see baseband in software information, isnt unknow baseband. If reflash and repeat process or make hard reset, result is the same. There is no other build available.Send logs.

However, we think that the problem could come from the Root method. So we are testing that right now. Hopefully, we can update you within a short amount of time. If you face this issue with other devices as well, please post it.
