Its CPID base phone so if you have original backup can be repair if you have not backup then you lost your phone thats all.

No way to fix this phone with cert file because this is cpid phone.
You can write other cert file but it will show only emergency calls because it will show cert fail.
It can restore only original cert file.
Do not waste your time to find a flash or full firmware when the imei is null / null.

To diagnose a hardware problem, you must have the phone and your badge in physical form in front of you to be able to comment on that problem.

u misunderstood me
i meant to restore base band not restore corrupted cert or imei
unknown base band is result of sw or hw issue

The problem to solve is to fix the phone so that it works.
There is no solution and I uploaded this post with the correct information.
The problem is Imei corrupt and there is no solution for this model and if it recovers the baseband but has no signal, then it wants to recover the baseband.
