We are sorry for the late reply, somehow the message went under our radar. We checked the work and it is possible to do it. Please reflash the device with the following firmware, and then do the rooting with Magisk, then do the imei repair

I did so and gained root access via eftsu root method and the firmware you mentioned BUT again it fails to repair imei.

Dear User,

We did check the problem, and we would recommend to use the other IMEI REPAIR methods. When you click on the IMEI Repair you have to receive various method types. You have to try to use all the others.

But we could not answer you, as the Support is not working during the weekends. The support is available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

As it is mentioned at our website.

Please can you share the WORK ID'S from those jobs? So we can check them. Strange as we see the works on server, most users could do this job for that device / binary version.

Thank you, if you can perform an EFS Repair, then reflash the phone and do the methods again with the chimera tool, i mean the IMEI REPAIR methods.
