SM-J260T1. Credits were removed but phone is still locked - SOLVED


Hello,
I am trying to unlock a SM-J260T1. Chimera sw show me unlock done but phone is still locked. 89 credits were removed from my account.
Please check the work ids:
WorkID: 64085836
WorkID: 64086499

Please, let me know what i can do?

Hi,
Do you mean, to insert a new sim card and repeat the unlcok process?
I have inserted different sim cards and app said device not elegible. Invalid Sim card

I already repeat the unlock process. Now it is OK. Unlock Done!

Hi,


thank you for your feedback. Sometimes by that model the unlock process must be repeated for the successfully result. We will check what is a issue, but when you face with same issue just start again the unlock process.
