SM-N960N Repair IMEI - 0808 not working


Hello.
Purchased chimera tool to recover imei on the phone SM-N960N, but when working with the program - it requires entering the code 0808 on the phone, which does not work.
Are there any actual solutions to this problem, rather than as in the 2013-2016 topics?
Or better adb (via command line) on the computer I can hardly do anything, since besides the phone installed twrp and root?
(In the screenshot log program how I canceled the recovery because of the code)

Dear Icaab,

Thank you for the report. Also, thank you for the screenshot, it contained the Work ID, which helped our investigation.

So, we do have various IMEI REPAIR methods for that model. I would recommend trying to use all of them.

But before you would start the methods, please do the following steps:
1. reflash the device with N960NKSU3CSJ1
2. Then root the phone with EFTSU
3. Then do the IMEI REPAIR methods.


Please, let us know the result.

On the phone from the very beginning stood firmware SKT, and I put SKC. Now you offer KTC, but Android 9, not the 10 that was when the client gave me the phone
Can I after get on 10 Android?
