We had a few chats with you, regarding to the mentioned account - tampv.
The problem comes from the fact that the account was used with 4 different email addresses. Because of that, the account is under review.

Dear User,

The username will remain closed. The account was shared with others, based on the server logs:
1. It was used on multiply computers (every two day a new computer was registered)
2. The user details was changed 4 times. Each of them to a different email and pass.
3. It was used in various countries, within a day.

Everything indicates that the account cannot be trusted.
