HI TEAM, I DID ABOUT 20 PHONES S5 NO PROBLEM, THEN THIS PHONE IMEI# 351881063277998 JUST DID NOT WANT TO UNLOCK... I KEPT GETTING MESSAGE:

The phone is not unlocked yet, but if you connect this phone and start the procedure again after your code has been calculated (you will have mail notification too), it will be unlocked. Next time it will NOT cost you any extra credits.
Usually the code is calculated in a few minutes, but at some cases it my require longer time. Please check it again in 30 minutes by running this procedure again for this phone!

I THINK THERE SHOULD BE A WAY FOR US DEALERS TO GET A REFUND FOR ORDERS NOT COMPLETED DUE TO SERVER PROBLEMS. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO US AS I LOST OUT ON THIS SALE AND ALSO WAS CHARGED 89 CREDITS
YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT US DEALERS TELL THE CUSTOMER 30 MIN TIME... NOW THEY WAIT 30 MIN AND WHEN THEY COME BACK AND PHONE IS NOT UNLOCKED THEY DEMAND A REFUND. SO KINDLY PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS

I AM TRULY NOT HAPPY AS YOU CAN CHECK MY ACCOUNT (USERNAME: CHAUDHFA) AND I WANT TO DO CONSTANT BUSINESS EVERYDAY ABOUT 20-30 PHONES BUT IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A BETTER SOLUTION

PLEASE KINDLY REMEDY THIS SITUATION ASAP

I've reviewed your account and I see you are a serious customer so your credits were refunded however normally we wouldn't.

Hello,

If you meant Factory Unlock then yes, it is available at SM-G900T model, but if you meant IMEI repair then the answer is no, that is not an available function yet. For more info please check this list.
