Member: 1787203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23,734 | reply Dear Atou, In that case your phone is connected in Factory Mode. To get out of that mode, you can do two things: 1. Load Factory Fastboot 2. Exit factory mode Once you do one of them, your phone will be connected in Fastboot mode to the tool. Now after that, please do the REPAIR RECOVERY and the USB FIRMWARE UPDATE. Best regards Sab Chimera team Quote:

Which means press and hold the POWER button while the device is connected to the pc / tool. Hold the button for about 15-20 sec. Then click on the EXIT FACTORY MODE. Also make sure that you reinstall the Huawei drivers (In the chimera tool - settings menu) before you do that! Best regards Sab Chimera team Quote:

Member: 1787203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23,734 | reply Dear Atou, That is good. I mean if you see the COM 1 Port. Then the phone is in Factory Mode. So, connect the device to the tool. Try to use another Cable and Port. The Tool will not recognize the device automatically, you have to select the model number from our list. Then you have to get the mentioned two services (exit factory mode, load factory fastboot). If you still do not see it, do the HARD RESET again. You can also connect it with TESTPOINT.
