Problem different Computer attached

i am new user, i did not share my user password detail any one , and i did not use my user password any other computer,
yasterday chamira show me your computer attach another , so i distach and attach once, and some time later chimera once more messege me your licence attach another, and timed me 48 hour,
pls solved my problem and distach another computer and attach my computer
