flashing ok but when trying to unlock

Please un-plug the cable, put in the battery, turn it on, wait for Chimera logo on your phone, re-plug the cable

after that red light blinking and doesn't turn on for chimera logo as it said

ohone can be work again hen i flash it

any solution for unloking?

Please upload an older software version for example 10.2 and after it try again the unlock process.

Hi,

Please make sure that Blackberry Blend drivers are downloaded and installed.
Second please note that you have to use Windows 7 or higher version, Windows XP has no support for these kind of procedures.

you seems like you didn't read my problem.
i can succesfuly flash the phone with latest software ; the problem is when i try to unlock ; the phone won't turn on after flashing with unloking files ; so it doesn't turn on to get chimera log un continuing the procedure; just five red light. i tried to flash it with lower software like 10.2 and the same problem ; doesn't turn on.

I totally understand your problem, that's why I wrote what I wrote in the answer.
If everything is installed on your Windows 7 system, there are some cases when the phone can not be unlocked.
Have you tried on other computer too?

i unlocked another z10-stl100-1 and q10 with this pc
whatever ,i changed the computer now and same problem
phone doesn't turn on after flashing with unlok files.

same problem here, flash only works with latest software, downgrade not work, direct unlock not work just give red blinking led z10 stl100-3 , see new thread

Same problem here with Q10. After flashing the unlock files phone does not boot and LED blinks.
