Is this first time you run this device?

Try to connect this device with other Computer too.

If this device already connected to the computer then, follow the manual

Try to follow the manual:

1. Unplug Gpg emmc device first.
2. Go to run and type "regedit" and press Enter key
3. go to "H_Current_Users"
4. now go to "Software"
5. then, "GPG"

Now, you will see "GPGeMMC"

6. Right click this ie "GPGeMMC" and delete it.
7. Now plug the EMMC Device and run the software.
8. Done.

Please do not forget to post the screen short of GPG EMMC connecting windows while you try these method.

Good Luck!

Once more effort brother,

Find the "DC-Uninstall_Device_V.1001.exe" and uninstall its fidi drivers and other unwanted driver and then try again brother. Even you try other computer, still, I want you to try this.

You did not give the solution to the user but spam....You try to mislead users that is against forum rules and even of section rule.

Next time be careful! Make your own thread with screen short and more detail if you have any problem.
