EMMC is readonly, you cant update your system.

You can see this model in GPG EMMC Box List. just Check is out JTAG List

VREF = VCC
RESET = NRST = SYSRST
RTCK = TCK





Note: Also solder the VCC of JTAG cable to the device board. "White" color is VCC wire in GPG Jtag Cable as shown below:
