celkon tab ct-2 installation troubles

hello everyone, hello nizam bai,i have been following your threads for a decent time ,only because i have a source of headache called celkon ct-2 which im not able to fix..
i have tried every solution,wiping the rom done successfully,now im trying to install the firmware which you provided,im using (livesuit v 1.07) , when i choose to format it keeps hanging when 80% is done !! but when i choose upgrade(recommended) it goes all the way to 100%,then my tab restart automatically,but still hangs on android logo :/ im so frustrated that i want to throw out of the window ,plzz plzzzz help

i have epad a721j that is google account locked.
usb debug mode is disabled. and can't access to recovery menu through keys. I can't even hard reset it.

I tried this tool, but can't wipe data.

Do anyone have solution for this problem.

I china tablet samsung p1000 cpu allwinner A13 was blocked with google account, I try to hard reset the vol + button and power but still the same problem just display mode without recovery wipe data / factory reset menu.
