FRp - cant bet ADB connection

How i can turn of sub debug without turn on it on delevoper mode ?

I try remove FRP but i cant pass Checking ADB connection...

I use Samfw tool and Unlocktool all the same problem

i open keypad write *#0*# and start frp but on two program same problems:

i try open adb by androidultility but it not help at all

but where is a problem ? why i cant connect with adb ? because of connection or phone have security ? I try all others method and i cant initiate open that debug mode on ...
