open miracle box , select android tab
power off device and prass power key & vol down key press 5 second .
download ADB driver in your pc and one click recover options show on your device android logo press down up and pwer key select restore.................. 100% working for me,

SOLVED No Need Flash & Box [ 100000000% TESTED ]

1 : Turn off Tab then Press and Hold Vol Down and Power Key
2 : then Connect USB To Your Device
3 : When Dell Logo appear Releas Power Key and Keep Hold Vol Down Button until bootloader Window appear
4 : then choos Recovery mod ( move = vol up ,select = power )
5 : now You can able to see a droid Logo
6 : press and Hold Powerbutton 5 Seconds, You can see RESET Menu
7 : choos Wipe Data Factory Reset
8 : YES............................

ONE TASTED REPORT BY ME.............
1.turn off tab then press vol- & pwr button
2.when dell logo appears realese only pwr button press continue vol -
3.after few second you can see bootloader mode, than choose recovery mode
4.and than appears droid logo,
5.press vol+ &pwr key twice(2 times,) as same time
6. you will see wipe option..........

swith off device
connect usb
let it install adb drivers
open minimal adb fastboot
type these commands
adb devices
adb reboot recovery
when droid logo appears
press vol up then power
now you see recovery options
scroll down to Wipe Data Factory Reset
press power to conform
