[ HELP ] Problem on my tablet WinTouch Q74
 

Please help i have tablet WinTouch Q74 when i buy it i saw firmware name :
f761k-mainboard-v2.0 wifi+bt+1 sim+2cam....topwise-013 2013/04/18 ..it is bought from dubai ..allis working fine but network is not available ...i think this tablet is only for data connection how can i use this tablet for telephony ..i can i make call from this tablet using sim..? do any one have the telefone working firmware for this tablet ??

but the problem is not solve ...do any one have the working firmware for this tablet...? it is with network problem ..it shows cross signal in network bar ....
