i have this tablet and it cant pass the android loading screen i know this tablet is not very popular and because of this i havent found too much information about it i want to know if there is a way to go into recovery ive tried many buttons conbinations but without succes, i found a pdf file and downloaded some file to reinstall the software but i dont have the usb cable so i would rather get into recovery and make a factory reset, i hope someone can help me aout with this thanks in advance

open the tab and put here some info here like board id touch id and cam id

i cant open it because it isnt really mine but im triying to fix it for a friend and i dont want to risk on making any physical damage
i found some info i hope it helps
processor infortm x210 arm11
in the upper side it has a power button, a home button, menu button, volume button, usb host/device switch and under it has a reset button ive tried with it holding it or pressing it but nothing

when i turn it on first thing that shows up is the irulu logo after that the android guy in that moment is when i would expect to see the recovery options (done it with other devices) and after that the android text (loading screen)

you can check the tablet while connect to pc if pc ask for adb driver then its mean usb dubgging on from setting and you can easy wipe data using adb tool kit if pc not ask for adb driver then you must need to post here full details as i ask you in my fst post on this thread

ok if i connect it while it is on bootloop the pc starts looking for some drivers it shows the next 6 devices
bc1003 tablet pc
bc1003 tablet pc usb device
bc1003 tablet pc usb device
bc1003 tablet pc usb device
usb storage decive
usb composite device
the only one that has an x on it (failed installation) is the bc1003 tablet pc
edit:
the tablet on the case shows irulu al101 name, but i searched the name bc1003 tablet pc and its the same

ok if i connect it to the pc while its off it turn on by itself and starts looking for the drivers but i think usb debugging mode is not activated, i would update it or reinstall the software if necessary im trying to find any tool and sw file
by the way i guess it would be the same look for files from bc1003 tablet its supossed to be a flytouch, but in the case says irulu i was confused about it

i think a was able to find the conbination to enter recovery power+menu+back button but ip shows a fallen android with a red triangle

im sorry for the double post but the other one didnt allowed me to edit
i used a tool called "phoenix card" and a img file thta i found for irulu and made the process but now the tablet wont even turn on, is there any img file that can be compatible with all a10 processor? so i can use it because now the tablet is dead
