Utok iQ700 firmware / ROM or pattern remove - GSM-Forum

Kindly please help with firmware for Utok iQ700 - there is some on their website but it requires serial which I have not access because it has a pattern.
Or a tool/way to remove it. It has an Intel Atom Z3735G processor.
