what version are you using bro. on your screen short i see 9790 bin are you sure you have 9700 bin

I also use factory os option & Disable RTAS But always error healp

oky if still not working uninstall this version and install older version like 1.2.2.1 it should work that's how i solved the same problem

what step did u do
1. open bb module go to misc
2. press check
3. press info and wait until reading is done
4. when phone is booting up about 30% loading go to clear mep0 tab and do job

then reinstall,
