Can not Disable RTAS - GSM-Forum

9790 loading 75% and restarting,i try DBIM but still loading 75% and restarting,i try fos next Disable RTAS,always show "Supporting file not found....."
Please how to fix??

please post with log or screenshot.
just a note, in my case it seem like still stuck at 75%, but where it's not stuck. just wait 5 - 10 minutes. and you can check your device still connected or not in device manager. if its connect, ur device still in loading and it seem like stuck.

or u can try to re-install spookey box.
