Hi my problem is this:
every phone (blackberry,lg,ecc.) connected to the usb adaptor of spookey box (on,off,charge mode) aren't detected......

why this?

uart and smart card drivers are ok,
in to the software the spookey is connected....
help me please thank at all

make sure device drivers are installed on your pc and you must use usb cable not that cable that comes with the box

For example: I loaded the drivers for RIM Blackberry but does not see it...
I need of others drivers ?

when open spookey program the first strange message are:
"invalid folder in loader section"....
and after the problem isn't resolve.... don't look any phones....
I wanna cry............

first, don't use UART cable. use a normal cable

two, go to C:\Program Files\SpookeyBox\support\BLACKBERRY and create a new folder with "Loader files" name (without quotes)

Okay so we use a normal cable to have the device located, which we have done and the LG G3 is still not being found. If I go in and make a folder called "Loader Files" in the LG folder, will this work, too???

No, "Loader files" only for blackberry module as downgrade and upgrade your blackberry OS
