Uninstall your spookey and delete all files in spookey folder and Re-install
do with slowly cause engine maybe work in progress...

I follow your instruction for about ten times, the problem still exist Sir... "kg-sp.exe" error...

cant disable rtas 9860.. supporting file not found. please try re-install this program or contact our technical support.

Hi I have a small problem, I buy from Asco GSM that Spookey Box and I download from the website spookeybox. com the software to use with my box.
Unfortunate I cannot use because is looking like partial desactivated. i try to update... nothing. I try to install v1.2.2.1 and update 1.4.4.1 and 1.4.4.2... nothing still desactivate... I install v 1.5.2.4 rev 1 which is working... all option is activated but don't know to recognize a lot of phones when I put check on samsung phones.... can you explain me why please?
