Connect C3300K cable to the phone and to where on the computer? Ethernet port?

for all models we know that we can't , but that phones they are in peoples hand and bring to us (SHOPS) we can unlock all Samsung phone like 95% , now even with cert writing no big problem ! , it's easy to understand this it depends on country , for my country I can unlock all models
