I managed to reboot to recovery from fastboot but there is no option to hard reset Only these options : Reboot System now // Enter Fastboot // Power Off |

Right now only HMD official tools with login and password 10usd/phone. Check the sales section if need it. |

nokia HMD device tools are the only method till now,,Flashing and reset+ frp allowed it's available on monthly basis.. for resellers check on the internet . |

i think only factory tool can do it. |
